Fans of The Caroline’s beer tastings are going to have the opportunity to enjoy a Wisconsin favorite this month.
On Aug. 29, starting at 7 p.m., we will be welcoming the Hinterland Brewery to the restaurant and we couldn’t be more excited.
Founded in 1995, Hinterland Brewery is a small brewery whose specialty is creating world class beer. The award-winning brand can be found in just about any place beer is served in the Green Bay and Milwaukee areas making it a fan favorite.
One of the neat facts about Hinterland is company actually makes its home in an old meat packing warehouse from the turn of the century.
Among some of the great Hinterland beers patron will have the opportunity to choose from include Maple Bock, IPA, Pale Ale, Luna Coffee, Amber, and Cherry Wheat.
This is definitely one tasting our avid craft beer fans aren’t going to want to miss.
