STARTER:

B.L.T. Salad – Chopped romaine, bacon crumbles and diced tomato tossed in buttermilk ranch.  Topped with shredded cheddar cheese. $4

CHEFS SPECIAL:

 Surf and Turf – Sauteed tilapia over rosemary-bourbon rice.  Garnished with braised pork, fresh spinach, and sweet potato cream sauce. Includes one side $23

GOURMET SANDWICH:

Troy Tenderloin – Panko breaded, fried and served on a brioche bun.  Topped with tangled onion rings.  Served with coleslaw and chips $12

PREMIUM SIDE:

Buffalo mashed potatoes with bleu cheese crumbles $3

DESSERT:  

Salted caramel brownie with Kahlua caramel cream $5
