Our June Beer Tasting is right around the corner and we couldn’t be more thrilled.

June’s beer tasting will feature the Elevator Brewing Company out of Columbus, Ohio. The tasting will is set for Wednesday, June 12 at the Caroline.

As usual, light appetizers will be included in the $17.50 per person cost for the event. Stacy from Heidleberg will be the host for event.

Mother’s Day Brunch Set for May 12th

We’re pleased to announce preparations are underway for our Mother’s Day Brunch set for May 12th.

This year’s brunch will be held from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The cost for the brunch is $19.95 for adults and $9.95 for children under 12. Call ahead reservations are accepted as well. Just call 552-7676.

Because it’s the Summer Brew Beer Tasting!

On Wednesday, May 15, we’ll be serving up a slew of tasty brews and ales. So what “Summer Brews” will we have do you ask?

The beer list includes Southern Tier Hop Sun, Founders All-Day IPA, Abita Spring IPA, Epic Wit, Lagunitas Undercover Shutdown and New Holland White Hatter.

Our Lenten Special are set to kick off today and run through March 29th. The specials will be served on Ash Wednesday and every Friday through Lent.

Ballast Point Brewery

Our March beertasting has been set and we couldn’t be more excited.

San Diego, Califonria-based Ballast Point Brewery will be on hand on March 13 with a wide selection of IPAs and Ales to choose from.

Among some of the beers which will be featured at our March tasting include Sculpin IPA, Bigeye IPA, Pale Ale, Calico Amber Ale, Victory at Sea Import Vanilla Coffee, Porter and one more “to be announced” beer.

Mike from premium beverage will be the evening’s host. The cost for the tasting is $17.50 which includes light appetizers.

Valentine’s Day is this week and we’ve couldn’t be more excited to announce what we’ll be serving on Feb. 14, 15, and 16.

So what’s on the menu you ask?

The Caroline Salad – Mixed greens with dried cranberries, walnuts, fresh apples, bleu cheese crumbles and maple vinaigrette dressing.

Garden Salad – Mixed greens with julienned peppers, onions, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, croutons and choice of dressing.

Bourbon-Maple Glazed House Steak – Served on sweet potato puree and garnished with applewood smoked bacon crumbles – $25.95

Unibroue Beertasting and Dinner | February Beertasting

We just wrapped up our January beertasting featuring Weyerbacher Brewing Co. this past week and we’re already starting to get ready for next months.

The best part is our February beertasting is also going to include a special dinner menu as well!

For those who aren’t already familiar with Unibroue, the company is known for delivering a top quality selection of beers with a brand which connects deeply in Quebec culture. The brand actually made history when it became the first North American beer to utilize a brewing method inspired by Trappist monks in Europe – notably in Belgium. Throughout the years, the brand has stayed true to its roots, even as it continues to expand its reach and grow in size…and we couldn’t be more happy to have them.

There’s still time to RSVP for the tasting. The cost for the dinner/beertasting is $45 per person. Reservations by payment only.
