For Bridal Showers, Rehersal Dinners and Private Receptions. Our Private room can hold up to 70 people – Video screen available – Personalized attention for you and your guests – No room charges. Other food selections can be prepared at your request. Please inquire if other selections are desired.

Dinner Entrees

New York Strip Steak – 12 oz. Certified Angus Beef strip steak char-grilled to your specifications and topped with bourbon peppercorn butter. – $29.95

Chicken Parmesan – Lightly breaded, served with penne pasta and marinara sauce. –  $19.95

Chicken Mediterranean – Grilled chicken breast over fresh spinach, topped with a Madeira-butter sauce with sundried tomatoes, red onion, and mushroom, garnished with feta cheese – $20.95 and feta cheese. – $19.95

Caroline House Steak – 10 oz. Certified Angus Beef Sirloin prepared to your specifications and finished with garlic butter and Tangled O’Rings. – $23.95

Filet Mignon – 6 oz. Certified Angus Beef filet char-grilled to your desired temperature and garnished with burgundy sauce and tangled o’rings – $29.95

Bone-in Pork Chop – Chipotle-seasoned 12 oz. chop garnished with barbecue sauce and spiced apples $20.95

Sauteed Tilapia – A delicate Tilapia filet, sauteed golden brown, topped with toasted almonds. – $20.95

Grilled Maple Glazed Salmon – fresh 8 oz. filet of salmon basted with our whiskey maple glaze. – $22.95

Southwestern Pasta Alfredo – Pasta tossed with Cajun chicken, sweet bell peppers, onions and mushrooms in a creamy Parmesan cheese sauce. – 18.95.

Eggplant Milanese – Sliced eggplant coated in Parmesan bread crumbs and sauteed. Served on a bed of fresh spinach, topped with onions, bell peppers, capers, green olives, marinara and provolone. Served with garlic bread. – $16.95
