*New York Strip Steak – 12 oz. Certified Angus Beef strip steak char-grilled to your specifications and topped with bourbon peppercorn butter. – 32

*Caroline House Steak – Seasoned 10 oz. Certified Angus Beef Sirloin prepared to your specifications and finished with garlic butter and Tangled O’Rings. – 26

*Filet Mignon – 6 oz. Certified Angus Beef center-cut filet, char-grilled to your desired temperature and garnished with burgundy sauce and tangled o’rings – 31

*Chipotle Pork Chop – 12 oz. seasoned bone-in pork chop garnished with barbecue sauce and spiced apples – 20

Chicken Francese – 8 oz. grilled chicken breast in a white wine lemon mushroom sauce. – 21

Chicken Linguini – 8 oz grilled chicken breast in a creamy Parmesan Alfredo Sauce. – 21

*Grilled Maple Glazed Salmon – 8 oz. salmon filet, prepared medium, and basted with our whiskey maple glaze. – 25

Pan-Seared Halibut – Pan-seared halibut over fresh spinach with lemon caper butter. – 26

Thai Vegetarian Saute – Fresh and pickled vegetables including eggplant, kale, sundried tomatoes, pickled portabello and pickled onions, tossed in a coconut cream basil sauce.
