Caroline House Steak – 10 oz. Certified Angus Beef Sirloin prepared to your specifications and finished with garlic butter and Tangled O’Rings. – $22.95

12 oz. Certified Angus Beef New York Strip Steak – Char-grilled to your specifications and topped with bourbon
peppercorn butter. – $28.95

6 oz. Filet Mignon – Char-grilled to your desired temperature and garnished with Burgundy sauce, Portabella mushrooms, and Tangled O’Rings. – 28.95


12 oz. Bone-in Pork Chop – garnished with barbecue sauce and spiced apples $19.95


Sauteed Tilapia – a delicate Tilapia filet, sauteed golden brown, topped with toasted almonds. – $19.95

Grilled Maple Glazed Atlantic Salmon – fresh 8 oz. filet of salmon basted with our whiskey maple glaze. – $20.95


Southwestern Pasta Alfredo – Pasta tossed with Cajun chicken, sweet bell peppers, onions and mushrooms in a creamy Parmesan cheese sauce. – 17.95.  Served with a tossed salad and warm bread.

Eggplant Parmesan - Lightly breaded and sautéed slices of fresh eggplant served over pasta and mixed vegetables.  Accented with marinara, melted provolone and Parmesan.  Served with garlic bread. - $15.95
