DEPOSITS are due when you make the reservation and will be applied to your final bill.
All groups of 13 or more guests are required to have a set menu. You can find our banquet menu online online Here.
Your Menu Includes
- he choice of up to 4 Entrées.
- A Tossed Salad or, for a $7.00 per person up-charge, you may add the option of a Caesar Salad, House Salad, Too Gouda Salad, or The Caroline Salad.
- A Vegetable: Choice of Green Beans or Sautéed Mixed Vegetables (Choose one) or, for a $5.00 up-charge per person, substitute Asparagus or Brussels Sprouts with Caramelized Onions as a side.
- A Potato: Choice of Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Redskin Potatoes, or Baked Potatoes (Choose one).
All entrées include the same two pre-selected sides. Guests will choose their main entrée, salad (if you include upgraded salads), and desserts (if you offer dessert options).
We have a wide selection of appetizers to choose from on our banquet menu, as well as a choice of desserts.
We offer a full bar. You can choose how you would like alcohol served: Open Bar (all on one check), Cash Bar, 2-Drink Maximum, Beer and Wine Only, etc.
Private Room Policy and Reservations
Our banquet room is available to private groups of 20 or more on a Friday or Saturday with the choice of reservations times being 4:00–5:00 PM or 7:00–8:00 PM. We will do our best to accommodate groups of less than 20 in the banquet room but reserve the right to seat our other tables if necessary. Tuesday through Thursday, you may be able to reserve the banquet room for smaller groups, but we also reserve the right to place your group in our cocktail or bar room if your number of guests drops below 20.

PRICING:
- 12 guests: $25 deposit
- 13-15 guests: $50.00 deposit
- 16-20 guests: $150.00 deposit
- 21 and up: $250.00 deposit
Private Banquet Room Fee: $100.00. We waive this fee if you pay via cash or check.
You are welcome to bring in your own desserts, but we do charge $2.00 per person.
Final Count Policy
We will contact you one week prior and again on the day of your reservation to confirm your head count. On the day of your reservation, if you have guests that are unable to attend, we charge you for the meals (your meal choice) and let you take them home for the number of guests we have prepared for but did not attend.
