We’d like to invite everyone to join us for an evening of red and wine tasting dinner featuring Certified Angus Beef and Chateau Ste Michelle Winery on Thursday, Feb. 20. The evening’s festivities will kick off at 7 p.m.
For the dinner, a representative from Certified Angus Beef and Lisa Seeney from Chateau Ste Michelle Winerywll be on hand to discuss food and wine pairings.
The dinner will be limited to the first 32 people. The cost for the dinner is $65 per person (includes tax and gratuity). A credit card is required to secure a reservation (cancellation by replacement only).

Upon arrival – Domaine Ste Michelle Sparkling Brut
1. Wine – Columbia Crest H3 Le Chevan – Red Blend – Appetizer: Steak Cappaccio – Thinly slicked, seared rare filet mignon topped with red wine vinaigrette, capers, red onions, shaved parmesan, and served with garlic crostinis.
2. Wine – Seven Falls Merlot Salad: Mixed greens, sliced sirloin, red wine marinated grape tomatoes, croutons, tangled onion rings.
3. Wine – Chateau St Michelle Cabernet – Dinner entree: Surf and Turf – Sliced Certified Angus Beef Ribeye with a red wine demi glace with bacon wrapped sea scallops with sriracha aioli served with boursin mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.
4. Wine – Eroica Riesling – Dessert: Vanilla creme brulee, fresh berries.
