Fat Tuesday is set for March 4 and we’ve got a special menu planned which would bring a smile to anyone’s face!
Here’s the lowdown!
Lunch
Soup: Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
Chef 1: Hot Roast Beef and Ham Po’boy with lettuce, tomato and Dijon mayo on a French baguette. Served with homemade chips and a dill pickle spear.
Chef 2: Cajun shrimp and steak salad. Mixed greens, red onion, bell peppers, tomato, and bleu cheese crumbles.
Side: Red beans & Rice
Dessert: Warm bead pudding with Bourbon caramel pecan sauce.
Dinner

Chef 1: 12oz. Certified Angus Beef New York Strip over garlic rice. Topped with Andouille-tomato relish.
Chef 2: 6oz. Certified Angus Beef Filet mignon paired with Crab cakes.
Fish 1: Deep fried frog legs served with Cajun tartar sauce.
Side: Red beans & Rice!!
