Starter:

Taco Flatbread – House-made taco meat, marinara, white cheddar, topped with tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and sour cream. $12

Salad Special:

Freddy Salad – Chopped romaine with white cheddar, diced tomatoes, bacon, and ranch dressing. $7

Dinner Special:

8 oz CAB strip steak paired with 2 Cuban-seasoned pan-seared scallops. Includes 2 sides. $34

Gourmet Sandwich:

The Caroline Fried Tenderloin on a brioche bun. Served with house-made wedges. $17

Scallops:

Scampi – (5) seared scallops served over a bed of linguini in a garlic butter and lemon sauce.

Premium Side:

Hash browns with white cheddar cheese. $7

Dessert of the Week:

Butter cake with a bourbon cream cheese icing. $10

Drink of the Week:

Root Beer Float – Vanilla vodka, RumChata, heavy whipping cream, root beer, topped with whipped cream and root beer sprinkles.
