It’s almost here…

The 2015 Summer Restaurant Week kicks off on July 27th, and we’ve got a great line up at The Caroline this year!

  • Blackened Atlantic Salmon over Penne Pasta with Vodka Tomato Sauce. Garnished with Vegetables Du Joir. $25.15
  • 10 oz Certified Angus Beef Sirloin over garlic herb rice. Topped with Cilantro-Lime Shrimp Relish and Marinated Vegetables. $28.15
  • 6 oz Certified Angus Beef Filet Mignon over Roasted Red Pepper Mashed Potatoes and Red Wine Demi Glace. Topped with Bleu Cheese Crumbles. $32.15


  • Triple Chocolate Cake with Bailey’s Irish Cream Ganache
  • Strawberries with Kahlua Sauce
