The Board is $14 includes meats from Smoking Goose Meatery in Indianapolis, Indiana. Smoking Goose works with small family farmers that raise their animals without antibiotics or hormones

Spicy, spreadable pork salumi
Duck Prosciutto
Moulard breed duck breast brined with star anise and orange peel, and then aged for 6 weeks.
Smoked Chorizo Sausage
Pork sausage seasoned with cumin, oregano, anco chili and sherry vinegar, and then smoked over hickory wood.
Havarti Dill
A creamy, buttery and mild cheese. Havarti Dill has a subtle and incredibly fresh flavor
Brie Cheese
Brie is a soft cow’s milk cheese named after Brie. It is pale in color with a slight grayish tinge under a rind of white mold. The rind is typically eaten.
