3 Buffalo Ranch Potato Skins topped with shredded chicken and sharp white cheddar, served with a side of spicy ranch. $12

Salad Special:

Burrata Salad – Fresh arugula, burrata cheese, heirloom tomatoes, red onions, and a basil balsamic vinaigrette. $8

Dinner Special:

Seafood Plate – Lightly breaded cod with a red pepper beurre blanc, 4 shrimp tempura with blackberry sauce, and 2 pan-seared scallops over cream corn risotto. Includes two sides. $35

Scallops:

Southwest Pan-Seared Scallops – Served over cream corn risotto, topped with blistered grape tomatoes and fresh basil. Includes two sides.

Gourmet Sandwich:

8 oz. Angus Burger topped with barbecue honey bacon and hot honey Gouda cheese on a brioche bun. Served with potato wedges. $18

Premium Side:

Bacon Cheeseburger Hashbrown Casserole with smoked Gouda. $8

Dessert of the Week:

Oreo Cheesecake. $8

Drink of the Week:

Frozen Emerald Bourbon Cream – Bourbon cream, crème de menthe, cream, and Maker’s Mark. Served in a chocolate-rimmed glass and topped with whipped cream and chocolate chips.

Irish Eyes – Jameson, crème de menthe, Chocolate Crown, and cream. Served in a chocolate-rimmed glass and garnished with mint.
