Starter:

Portobello mushroom stuffed with Boursin cheese mix and red wine demi-glace. Served with garlic bread. $15

Salad Special:

Freddy Salad – chopped romaine, tomatoes, white cheddar, and bacon tossed in ranch dressing. $8

Dinner Special:

Miso-glazed salmon with sesame jasmine rice and bok choy. Includes one side. $32

Scallops:

Pan-seared scallops with smoked Gouda grits, dressed with spicy tomato chutney and garnished with grilled asparagus. Includes two sides.

Gourmet Sandwich:

Chicken Parmesan Sandwich – breaded chicken breast topped with marinara, pepperoni, mozzarella, and provolone on a brioche bun. Includes Italian-seasoned potato wedges. $18

Premium Side:

Brussels sprouts sautéed with bacon and a sweet balsamic reduction. $8

Dessert of the Week:

Black raspberry ice cream topped with black raspberry ganache. $10

Drink of the Week:

Strawberry Limoncello Margarita – tequila, limoncello, lemon juice, agave, and strawberries, garnished with a lemon.
